WHAT IS THE OFFICIAL GEOCACHING ADVENTURE PROGRAM?
The Official Geocaching Adventure Program is an outdoor recreation program based on geocaching, the all-weather, all-terrain and all-audience treasure hunting game played around the world by adventure-seekers equipped with GPS devices.

The program brings geocaching to a group environment and was developed specifically for organizations and facilities that wish to promote outdoor recreation.

WHO CAN PLAY?
Everyone! The Adventure Program can be adapted to participants of all ages and physical abilities, depending on your site and your creativity.

WHAT GEAR IS NEEDED?
The Geocaching Adventure Program packages includes all the equipment, materials, and resources you need to create courses quickly and easily, from logbooks and instruction cards to GPS devices and Official Geocaching Adventure Program cache containers. All you need to provide is the site and the facilitators.

HOW TO PLAYThe Official Geocaching Adventure Program takes place at your site. Participants receive coordinates for the first geocache from staff facilitator and are led from one container (cache) to the next using coordinate clues contained within each cache.

Official Geocaching Adventure Program caches may also include educational, promotional or just fun play items of information, depending on your focus or goals.

We'll work with you to develop a program that leverages the value of your site and meets the needs of your participants.

The Adventure Program Package includes and instruction manual for staff training, GPS devices, player instructions cards and Official Geocaching Adventure Program cache containers. The program also includes one year of customer support.
